Not at all. The driver interface is built for one-handed mobile use. Large tap targets, simple flow — if they can tap a button, they can use RouteReady.
How long does setup take?
Most companies are fully operational within one week of onboarding. We configure everything — drivers, children, schools, and routes — before you go live.
Can it match our district's report format?
Yes. Reports are built to standard district submission formats and can be customized to match your district's specific requirements.
What if I need changes after launch?

RouteReady Software License Agreement
01
Grant of License
RouteReady grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the RouteReady software platform solely for the Licensee's internal business operations. This license does not constitute a sale of the software or any portion thereof.

Ownership & Intellectual Property
The Platform, including all underlying code, design, architecture, features, and branding elements, remains the sole and exclusive intellectual property of RouteReady, LLC. The Licensee acquires no ownership rights by virtue of this agreement. White-label customization does not transfer ownership of any underlying software components.

Fees & Payment Terms
Build Fee: A one-time, non-refundable fee of $2,500 is required to initiate platform setup.

Monthly Maintenance: A recurring fee of $175/month is required to maintain active platform access, covering hosting, support, updates, and data backups.

Late Payment: RouteReady reserves the right to suspend platform access if payment is not received within 10 days of the due date.

Term & Termination
This agreement begins upon receipt of the build fee and continues month-to-month. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, Licensee data is available for export for 30 days then permanently deleted. No refund will be issued for prepaid maintenance fees. RouteReady may terminate immediately for violations of this agreement.

Acceptable Use
The Licensee shall not:
  • Reverse engineer, copy, modify, or redistribute the Platform
  • Share login credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Use the Platform to store or transmit unlawful information
  • Resell, sublicense, or transfer access without written consent

Data & Privacy
The Licensee is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all data entered into the Platform. RouteReady will not sell or share Licensee data with third parties except as required by law. RouteReady implements reasonable technical measures to protect data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is." RouteReady shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform. RouteReady's total liability shall not exceed fees paid by the Licensee in the three months preceding the claim.

Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
